Description :
This training will enable the real estate broker to become familiar with the health and financial issues associated with the presence of various contaminants commonly found in buildings, particularly materials containing asbestos.It is also intended to inform the broker about the various options available to dealers and / or purchasers for the management of asbestos in the building (materials containing asbestos, diagnoses, works to be carried out...). Following this training, the broker should be able to offer advice and recommendations specific to the needs of his clients.
